I get mobile home lose value Condos get value

I just think everything lose value. Where n tear if nor recently updated or well taken care of. Depends on the economy and if people willing to buy.

It is a fixer up of 20k and I’ll probably put 20k in work. I have the funds. I wouldn’t take a loan. I just have to pay the space rent which is $500 plus my utilities which I am thinking with everything I wouldn’t pay more than 1k. I’m think groceries, insurance and gas. Maybe a little going out here and there than 1,300 that’s still cheaper than renting 1bd or paying for a condo. Which with the HOA would push me over. My dad said he be willing to pay the difference idk. I just don’t trust him. I want to be able to provide for my daughter. I’m 28F. My daughter is 7F. I’m ready to move out.
