I am first time buyer. I am interested in getting a manufactured home. They sent me a link to fill out to get prequalified. I did not. As soon as I made an account asked for my SSN and tax ID I did not feel comfortable doing that as I have not seen the home in person nor saw an actual person yet. I hate all this over the phone stuff and online now a days. I am not sure if to trust it. Are there “loaning companies” idk 🤷🏻♀️ what to call them that are good and recommend. Ik different than for regular houses.
