Ordered one Thursday on Amazon. Received it Saturday. I charged it Saturday night and trade it on Sunday. I must’ve done something wrong. it cut up my ball sack in several spots and I bled. This was not the experience I was expecting my first time using it.

Perhaps I used it the wrong way but there are very little instructions included with the shaver. I mainly bought it because I like to keep things nice and clean down south.
I also wanted to use it to shave my chest / thin the herd. I’m not looking to completely shave my chest yes I think that would look strange for a 60-year-old man. Can somebody please give me advice which guide to use so that I thin my chest hairs.
