Main region vs second camp

My smaller region is starving to death, out of fuel and stone because it's already bartered for carrot. Has no money left to buy food from filthy rich main settlement. I think inter region concepts should be the most important aspect to tweak in the next patch! How about tithe give away to from one manor to another region 😆
