For the pack trading, do they follow the limits set in the trading posts? Or do they ignore them? For instance if helmets are “no trade” will the pack mule still trade them or follow that rule? I save goods at my main town for my smaller one by setting limits on those goods, and I’m wondering if those limits are why my smaller villages aren’t receiving supplies.
