Cleanest Storage Facilities in Winnipeg?

Just wondering for those with some experience renting storage lockers where the cleanest storage lockers are. As in no bugs or mice that sort of thing?

For what it’s worth I will be renting an indoor climate controlled locker wherever that is, if that plays a role in the answer

Was looking at St Anne’s Self storage. Mostly good reviews But saw some reviews about damage from mice or rats which makes me nervous.

Any comments on St Anne’s Self Storage, Mint Self Storage,East Side Storage or others In south part of Winnipeg?
