So I have written a manga, and am trying to learn to draw and I know it’s going to take years so I’m the meantime I have a question for artists specifically

How much do you charge per chapter/page and how does it all work? What is the price based on? How’s this all work?
I’m very new to the manga/comic scene so if anyone can help me answer this it’d be great
I don’t wanna make artists feel offended by underpaying or anything or making it seem I don’t wanna pay for one, I’m just curious on how they charge and what the price range is in general
