I don't think this is exactly an ME but I'm just wondering if this happened to anyone else, because everyone I've asked said it didn't happen to them.

My instagram updated from the old version to the new white version a few weeks ago, about 3 days before the update was released. When it updated I wondered why noone was talking about it on twitter but I didn't think much of it nor did I care. Then three days later everyone starts posting about it, and instagram announce it on twitter. I understand this could easily be explained by saying I had a beta version, I just don't ever remember signing up for a beta version. And even if it did auto download for me, how come I'm the only person I know that it happened to? I've asked probably 30 of my friends and they all said they got it on the release day.
