Heard today that Welbeck has played 450 matches (wow!) That's about 130 with United, 120 with Arsenal and 120 and counting with Brighton, with some other short spells inbetween.
Obviously not currently a United player, but do you associate him primarily with United (in the same we might players like Beckham or Nani, even after they moved on)?
I really liked him, kinda wish he never moved on (although understand why he had to), and thrilled to see him doing well at Brighton, but what do y'all think?
EDIT: love all the engagement, as I said I liked him and think it's nice to see so many feel the same, especially from the angle that he was an academy player - always hope for those guys to especially work out
