Aaron Wan-Bissaka is not good enough to be starting for Manchester United and that’s okay
Post Body

The title pretty much says it all. Aaron Wan-Bissaka like many of the players we have had in the past went on a purple patch of form against mid table and championship sides in the absence of Dalot as of late. Which caused many of our fans to forget why Dalot was playing over him when both were fit.

But the reality of the situation is that at the top level there is less margin for error. In the past week he has cost us 3 goals against Manchester City and Arsenal. The back post goal that Grealish scored, the back post goal that Nketiah scored today as well as playing Zinchenko onside for the cut back to Martin Odegaard for the winner against us today.

I think it’s save to say that he played well against those teams as that is his level. And this just not to scapegoat him for todays game as he is not the only player at fault but rather just a reminder that he like many is not good enough to be starting week in and week out for a club with aspirations to win major titles.
