It's a very good friends birthday today. She has a history of shitty birthdays, people forgetting, bad things happening on it etc. This year was no different. She had plans for the evening, working on a project then visiting some friends over an hour away. This morning her boss tells her she needs to work the full day instead of the half so all her plans have fallen apart. She is now stuck at work caught between anger and depression.

I'm trying to find some local redditor that can help me out by bringing her a cake or a stuffed bear with some balloons or well anything to her to surprise her and try and make her day better. I don't mind compensating you for your time but mostly just want her to feel special and as I'm currently in California there isn't much I can do. Please pm me if you are willing to help.
