First time skiing Mammoth. Will be there the first week of March. My two options are either 150 yards from the village gondola. Or across town at the corner of Old Mammoth rd. & Meridian Blvd. I'm looking for information on how crowded the bus will be traveling to eagle lodge, or how crowded the gondola is? And obviously what's best location for access to restaurants and nightlife. I won't have a vehicle with me, so public transportation, by foot, or uber are my means of travel. What's everyone's pros and cons on lodging locations?
