Hi! So i'm planning on getting a maltipoo puppy but I was worried because I still go to school (12th gr) so I was just wondering if I should still get one or if it's okay to leave the puppy till I get back from school?

My grandma is in our house every day every time I'm in school so the puppy won't be fully alone at least, but what do I have to keep in mind or do so my puppy doesn't get separation anxiety from me? I know my grandma won't be able to fully give her attention to the puppy too even if she's at home with the pup every day when I'm gone!
