My maltipoo is about 1.5 years old and super sweet! She doesn’t bite, bark, or even growl, but she’s constantly licking!

I don’t just mean things - she’ll sit there and just lick the air (even when she’s not eating/ hasn’t eaten recently).

Of course she will constantly lick people all over - arms, legs, face.

She licks my cats a lot, but mostly it’s just her cleaning their ears.

I don’t believe anything is wrong, but I’ve had other dogs in the past of different breeds that didn’t constantly lick. Is this a Maltipoo thing? Does your Maltipoo always need to be licking whatever is in front of him/her?
