Hi all!
I'm an older hand at DMing and I finally got my D&D group to branch out. They settled on my favorite setting: Malifaux!
I'm so excited but I saw while shopping for some of the optional splats - I own them digitally but they do love the physicals in this group - I saw that there's a 2nd edition.
It looks like it came out in 2020 but I don't know if it plays nice with things like Into the Bayou or Under Quarantine?

TL/DR: Should I get the 2nd edition and if I do will the older splats work with it?
