This is from the same fast food place as my last post.

I was their best worker. Don't wanna toot my own horn, but I was the perfect employee. I picked up how to do things a lot quicker than any of my other coworkers, and I loved helping. Which was bad, because I can't say "no". The managers/shift leaders figured this out. I listened to every single one of their commands, with no hesitation.

They took advantage of me for years now! I was cross trained, because I could already handle the front registers and driver thru alone. So they sent me to the back to learn how to prep and cook.

I never had a raise in the first 1 1/2 years of working there... But I have been given lots of work to do. They would schedule the day, so I was alone on the shift. During the rush, I would have to take the customers up front, and at the drive thru. The assistant manager would sit on her chair, and play games on her phone, while I ran back and forth trying to serve my customers.

When it's me and another employee, she'll come to us during a rush, and yell at us for being too slow, and being stupid. When she's doing the drive thru, and I'm doing the lobby, she would always yell at me to come help her, and that she couldn't do it alone. Mind you, I have 10 people already lined up in lobby, and she only had 2 cars.

When she sees me doing an order, she asks me if I out <side order>, "no, I'm still doing <different order>" "COME ON SWEETIE. damn. Why are you being so slow? Do you not see all those people waiting? Hurry up ugly."

So, I hurry it up. But she keeps yelling, while I'm taking an order, she would come up behind me and ask if I made it already. "um no. I'm literally still taking the order" She was angry with me talking back, so she sent me to the back to help cook.

Ass Manager: Sweetie, stop. Just go to the back and drop some stuff. You're being way too slow today, what is wrong with you??

Me: Are you sure. You want me to drop things, when it'd just you and the new girl. Are you really sure.

AM: Yes sweetie! HURRY UP AND GO

Me: okay.

I'm cool with everyone, except for the assistant manager, and they know how she treats me, so the guys in the back just told me to sit there and do nothing for the rest of the shift. The asst manager was running around scrambling, getting all kinds of complaints for getting the wrong order, and getting yelled at, while I sat in the back eating and browsing reddit. I mean, you told me to go to the back, I did what you told me to do.

EDIT: That same manager called me a week ago (4 weeks after I quit) Telling me that she misses me... At 2 in the morning....
