I used to work at a fast food place, I was working the drive thru that day. I'm usually always nice and polite to the customers, and that's how I greeted the lady at the speaker.

She had her radio very loud, and her kids in the back seat were screaming and yelling, which made it very hard for me to hear her. When I told her I couldn't hear her, and asked her to repeat her order, she got very angry.

Me: Ma'am, I'm sorry but it's very hard for me to hear you, could you repeat that for me please?

Her: YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX YOUR GODDAMN SPEAKERS, AND CLEAN YOUR FUCKING EARS. I SAID I WANTED 12 PIECES OF TENDERS WITH FRIES.

Me:... Yes ma'am, 12piece tenders with fries, it come with two sides, would you like them both as fries? Or a different side.

Her: I TOLD YOU FUCKING FRIES. ARE YOU RETARDED.

(I was a bit annoyed.. ) Me: I'm sorry ma'am, a 12 piece with 2 large fries, anything else?

Her: NO.

Me: Okay, pull up to the window please.

Her: HELLO. HELLO?? I WANT CORN TOO.

Me: yes ma'am how many?

Her: JUST CORN.

Then she pulled up. I asked her how many corn she wanted, and she rolled her eyes and said 3. No problem, our corn individually costs $1.99, and we have a deal where 3 corns costs $2.79 So I rung up the corns separately, which came out to be ~$6.39 Then asked her what kind of sauce for her tenders, got a loud response of ranch

No problem, 12 tenders only come with 3 sauces. Enjoy.

So her order would've been ~$27.60 but it wound up being ~$34.26 and she didn't get extra sauces.

She tried to call the store and complain, saying her paid price was too high and that she only got three sauces. But I'm very close with the Store Manager, and already explained how she was acting. So he told her there isn't anything he can do, because she asked for 3 corns (which she got), and that a 12pc only comes with 3 sauces! (But we do give extra sauces for no cost if they're nice)
