Hey,
Ive a question reโ hanging angles and how to introduce variety. Would to be best to focus solely on a routine using one angle for a given period of time then, maybe once gains had stalled, switch to another angle or could it be better to hang different angles within the same session or alternate each day? Has anyone experimented with this?
Right now im on day #2 of hanging โproperโ having messed around a little last week with wraps, hanging straight down at light weight. Yesterday i hung @2.5lbs straight down while lying on my back for 3 x 15 minutes. Felt a light pull but i wont rush it. Pull got more intense when i bent my knees so feet were flat on bed and intenser still when i raised my feet with legs bent, almost a btc kinda pull angle. I love how passive this form of PE is. Plan to build up to 2 sessions of 3 x 20 daily. First ill focus on getting past 10lbs consistently, ie - 3 sets, 3 days running. That is, unless someone has better advice or i should aim for a higher poundage before adding sets?
