Length routine: Air pump & Hanging routine advice please…

So my PE history to date is several years of sporadic bathmate use (finally decided its not safe without gauge) and experimenting with manuals (im uncut so i fond these frustrating). Ive been reading reddit subs for too long with too little action so i decided to buy an air pump with a gauge (sized closest to my erect girth) and a compression hanger (male hanger).

My question is how can i get the best out of these devices? Im aiming for length (erect currently around 6.5bp) until i get to 7.5~8 then ill switch to girth. My current rough plan is to drop 5mg of cialis daily on a morning, hot shower, heat pad for 5 minutes (planning to but an IR/NIR lamp when i figure out whats the best option), manuals for tunica breakdown/shockloading (not sure on specifics here), air pump in the 5-7 range (probably set one at 5, set 2 at 6, set 3 at 7) for 3 x 15 minute sets, adding 1 minute per set per week. 5 minute breaks in between massaging and manual stretching, working back up to erection. Once pumping is complete id probably cock ring on shaft only for 30 minutes then go to work. Once id finished work id be looking to warm up the same way as session one then repeat the 3 x 15 set format and progression with the male hanger starting with 1lb weight(?). Ive read that length work should and can be done everyday but that seems counterintuitive to me with these devices - rest is paramount in all other physical endeavours so why not PE too.

I also plan to supplement with citruline and arginine although unsure of optimal times to take these. Im also considering vac hanging in the future but the whole attaching/removing issue seems like a real hassle. Suggestions for other devices welcomed - should i add a discrete ADS of some description?

Im fortunate to get a decent amount of private time so can commit some significant time each day to it.
