Routine help
So, I am trying to find a sweet spot routine.
I originally tried 2 40 minute training sessions (morning and night ) that's just too hard to stick to.
I also want to experiment with heavy hangs (been using the male hanger for a few months now without any notable progress yet )
So my current thought:
Tunica scraping before every session
Day 1 -3sets of 20minute comp hang -1set of 10 minute python clamp
Day 2 -1 set of 10 minute heavy comp hang -2 sets of 20 minute comp hang -6 sets of 5 minute python clamp
Day 3 -3sets of 20minute comp hang -1set of 10 minute python clamp
Day 4 -1 set of 10 minute heavy comp hang -2 sets of 20 minute comp hang -6 sets of 5 minute python clamp
Day 5 -3sets of 20minute comp hang -1set of 10 minute python clamp
I personally think* it isn't too crazy high volume and should is decently thought out. I'd like some feedback though! I appreciate it
