The big eye. Yes, I'm serious.

Why do I think this? Because I'm batshit insane. The chapter this boss is from is the Obsession chapter. Its gimmick is having smaller eyes stack a debuff called "Seen" on characters, and then summoning the big eye, the Focused Fault. Focused Fault's main attack is named Limerence, which only targets people who are Seen. Limerence is defined as "the state of being infatuated or obsessed with another person, typically experienced involuntarily and characterized by a strong desire for reciprocation of one's feelings but not primarily for a sexual relationship." It also basically fucking kills the target. So... yeah. Yandere.
