Question about the end of The Bonehunters

Doing a quarantine reread, and I just finished BH. (Insert obligatory remark on how powerful its ending is.) But there's a small point I'm confused about.

While the fourteenth army is preparing to leave Seven Cities, we get some foreshadowing in a scene with Grub and Keneb:

[Grub] looked down, watched as Roach licked clean his big toe. 'Sepik, but that will be bad. Nemil will be good. Then bad. And after that, we find friends, twice. And then we end up where it all started, and that will be very bad. But that's when she realizes everything, almost everything, I mean, enough of everything to be enough. And the big man with the cut hands says yes.'

Most of this I understand, but I don't fully get the part I italicized. "She" refers, of course, to Tavore, but what is this enough of everything that she realizes at Malaz Island? My assumption is that it's supposed to be about the larger conflict over Kaminsod and the plot to free him. But in reading chapters 22 and 23, I couldn't see anywhere where she would be getting information about that. Lots about the Empress and the Malazan Empire—and that certainly precipitates the Bonehunters leaving the empire—but it doesn't seem like it fits Grub's foreshadowing. It's not about this larger war among the gods.

The only thing that seems like it might fit is the scene with Sandalath and Withal (the big man with the cut hands, presumably), where Sandalath says to Tavore, "What is to come belongs to us—to the Tiste Andii—as much and perhaps more than it does to you." But Grub's prophecy makes it seem that Malaz Island is where Tavore figures out the key piece of the puzzle, and I don't see how that could be such important info.

What is this enough of everything?
