Hi all,

After days of chasing my banker and developer and lawyer, I found out that the bank haven't disburse the loan amount to the developer. Little did I know it needs all the stamping etc. and therefore may take an even longer time. It already passed the due date which was supposed to be 24th November 2023. Called the lawyer firm, they say it was the bank who delayed the document submission to them which the bank only send to them on 27th November 2023. Question is, will I need to bear the late charges payment? I feel like it's not fair because the delay never come from me.

To avoid this from happening again for the subsequent loan disbursement, what can I do?
