Several posters on here are consistently stating that if one would just watch the full three hours of the confession tapes, it's clear that Brendan was not coerced and that he offers unique details of the actual crime. So I took the time to watch the videos and I'm even more convinced that Brendan did not participate in this crime!!

I did not realize how coercive these detectives actually were. Every time Brendan offers a narrative of his afternoon that excludes culpability.....he is admonished. They tell him they are not stupid, that they already know, that he is making this so hard on them.They make him start over, they suggest an alternative for him to include and coax him through a new story that DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! And they accept the nonsensical details and let KK present them at trial as FACTS!!

Examples: * They get him to say that he saw TH talking to SA on his porch as he's walking home from the bus stop.

We already know from phone records and school bus logs that this cannot be true

*They suggest he MUST have heard something prior to going over to SA house that clued him in. So he adds that he was riding his bike and heard a woman's voice screaming inside SA house.

Never once has Brendan offered that he did any bike riding on 10/31 and no one else has corroborated it. He consistently says he played Playstation after school!

• They decide that overhearing the screaming is not connecting their narrative dots so they say, No. Something's missing. We think you went over there. You saw something. Did you bring SA his mail?

Lo and behold....BD says Yes! A piece of SA mail got mixed in his family's mail. So he hand delivers the mail to SA house

• Now they've talked him into being an accessory because he says he can see TH cuffed to SA bed while he stands in the front door with the mail.

Really? SA has a screaming woman restrained to a bed and he leaves the bedroom door open to go answer the front door??

• They ask BD if TH is naked. Now remember, earlier in the confession BD had already stated that when he observed TH in the back of the RAV-4 later that evening she was dead but fully clothed except for shoes.

So SA re-dresses his rape victims before he disposes of them?

I could go on and on.....but give me a f**king break!! SA may very well be guilty, but BD did not participate in this crime!!
