perhaps a useful tip. sponge tip brush for hard pan.

I think there is some hard pan on a eyeshadow I have been using. I have heard about using tape to get rid of it and scratching the top layer off. I usually scratch the top layer off. Today I tried a sponge tip brush to scratch it off. And it did a wonderful job and I could even use most of it that was on the sponge tip.
