So I'm a student who has too much caffeine and I have to wind down somehow. For years I've been watching beauty YouTube. And I've gone on a low buy but still watched beauty YouTube but recently... I've realized how much of an ad it all is. I still have my faves like Sam Ravendahl.
So instead of watching as much YouTube, I've been doing 30 minute workouts in the comfort of my home while wearing pajamas and I just feel so much better both emotionally and physically.
I hope this inspires someone to use their time differently!
