Hoarded makeup for a year only to realise that I look best with a minimal look
Post Body

Pretty much as the title says- went through a massive episode of makeup addiction/ obsession for about a year and a half- I'd get new items almost every day. Going a month without a purchase was a rarity. I am not rich by any means, and a lot of things I own are drugstore/ mid-end. But I finally realised that a full face just doesn't suit me. Whenever I wear an intense eyeshadow look, it just makes me look...odd. Maybe older somehow, or more tired. I just can't pull it off, because it ends up looking clownish and doesn't suit me. So now I'm left with all this...stuff that I will probably never use up/

I started a makeup instagram to motivate me to use up more products and flex my creative muscles, which helps. But sometimes I look at all this stuff and go...ugh. Definitely helped me curb the urge to spend >.<
