I've been buying WAY to much makeup and skincare during my overspending phases throughout the years.

As per the title; I've been doing this for the last 3 years - ever since I discovered makeupexchange and skincareexhange. I've bought a fair bit from stores too. I've definitely spent at least $1000 on this stuff if not more.

I was not in a good place mentally during those times so I think that explains why. I had phases: I'd go months without buying anything, then I'd start buying stuff for months. It was on and off, not continuous (thank god). This year, I've bought almost no makeup at all but I have been getting some skincare here and there - but not crazy excessively, just as a normal person would be buying.

My room is a mess and I'm going it make it my mission to clean it up this summer. However I don't even want to touch all the makeup and skincare I have. I have a little box full of makeup that I don't want stored away in my closet. The top of my dresser and the side table is all full of makeup. The first drawer is cluttered with makeup. I have way, WAY too much for a 16 year old and I'm lost. I don't want to throw away hundreds of dollars but no one will buy this stuff. I'm at a loss here, I don't know what to do. I'm a stupid kid 😔😢

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for listening to me rant ❤️
