I received mine with Bronze broken. No biggie but I think they should have used a smaller box. It was kind of big for just a small palette smooshed between two blobs of tissue paper.

Anyway, their CS responded to my email asking me to send them a photo with the packing slip and damaged palette visible in the same photo so I did. There’s a return sticker in the box but the email didn’t say anything about send it back and then we’ll send you a replacement.

My question is, does anyone have experience with a damaged ABH item in the mail and know whether or not CS makes you send it back? I have no problem sending it back but it would be super cool if they let me keep it and send a replacement. I’m hoping I can pass the broken one along to a friend!
