Best Lash Curler & Question about Concealer for under eyes..

So, I'm about to go to Ulta and get a lash curler. Which one should I get?
And, I have an extreme crease in my undereye area but am fair and have decent bags. What can I do to prevent my makeup from filling into the crease, or do I just accept that's how my face is and that no matter what, product will settle into the crease right below my undereye???
If that's what I have to do, I suppose I will just conceal and accept it, lol.
