Just wanted to heads up anyone who might consider the Ulta Palette Promo on their website.

The ad on the website is misleading and for me at least made me think I was getting the palette filled with shadows for the cost of the palette itself, which is $12.50. It seemed too good to be true, because it was.

The actual cost is 4x the cost of the eyeshadows, $8.50 each. So you pay $34.00 for the palette filled with shadows.

For that price, I'll just go buy the Buxom palette for $40.00 and get free shipping with it.

I spent about an hour on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why it was like this. There is NO fine print on the page telling you it should be otherwise. Apparently the ONLY way to know that you are paying for the 4 shadows and getting the palette 'free', is if you read the email advertisement..

Just wanted to give others a heads up, because as of right now it has yet to be rectified.
