[HELP] Are all the shades in MAC the same across their products?

So, I always thought that once when you were colour matched is one specific product it was your shade across all products.
However, 4 months back I was colour swatched to NC25 so I bought the Mineralize Concelear. A week later, I bought confident the Pro Longwear Concealer in shade NC25 and then I saw they are completely different colors!
