A very dear friend of mine 16th birthday is soon, and I'm trying to put together a makeup goody bag for her present! However, I'm having some difficulty figuring out what might look nice on her skin tone because I'm paler with blue/neutral undertones. She appears to be NW40-ish. I'm okay with drugstore to fairly mid end (think of the brands at ulta. UD, too faced, and lorac are all cool beans). I'd love some suggestions for eyeshadow palettes, blushes, or really anything else you guys can think of! Pictures or swatches would be soo appreciated! Her style is generally girly neutrals; she's not huge on "bold" looks.

So far, possibilities I've come up with are Anastasia dipbrow in ebony (she always uses mine when she's over the house) and maybe the naked one or three palette? Thoughts?
