So NYX Glitter Glue is HG for me. I absolutely love it. Except for one fatal flaw that has cropped up in recent months.
The last two tubes I've purchased have somehow developed a hole around the base of the "neck." Right where the neck meets the top of the tube. At first, I just dealt with it and used whatever oozed out of the hole when I squeezed the tube. But this time, the neck somehow fell off completely, leaving a hole in the center of the top of the tube. So the product is now drying out and becoming a useless, gummy mess. And it always happens not long after I purchase it, so I don't even get to use it that much.
I don't get it. I don't store my makeup in a too-hot or too-cold environment. I don't leave it somewhere where it could get damaged. It's not super old. I'm not rough with it. This shouldn't be happening. My first few tubes didn't do this. But now it's happened twice in a row.
Is this a permanent problem now? I want to replace it, but if this is just going to happen again, I don't want to waste my money. But Glitter Glue is my holy grail, and nothing works as good as this stuff, especially for the price. What should I do? Is anyone else dealing with this?
TIA!
