Recently got out of hospital after spending a rather unpleasant month there, this is one of the days where I did my makeup! Since I'm housebound but do my makeup most days because I find it therapeutic, and also to maintain dexterity in my hands (I have a brain injury which has caused, among other things, total loss of nerve function in my hands) I enjoyed doing my makeup in hospital both for entertainment, and because people would actually see it for once! Please excuse the hair - 3 weeks without washing it at that point and there's only so much that dry shampoo can do!

As I unfortunately am often taken into hospital unexpectedly due to my disability, I keep a bag packed with essentials - which included of course some palettes like the Natasha Denona and Hourglass Butterfly that are compact and easy to create a look from, as well as a few things like 'spare' concealer, foundation, mascara, eyeliner etc!
