Medium-neutral light coverage foundation or tinted moisturizer recs for dewy finish?

I've used Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation for years and I like it, but as I'm aging (I'm 41), my skin has gone from oily/combination to more normal/dry. I've been working on my skincare for years and really like the condition my skin is in these days. That's said, I really want something that's sheer coverage and gives a dewy finish.

I was looking online at the Tarte Marajuca Tinted Hydrator, but reviews seem really mixed and I'm not sure that it gives the dewy, luminous finish I'm looking for. I also have a medium color with neutral undertones. Can anyone recommend something of equal quality to Tarte products?
