Makeup makes my face look fat.

I’ve tried every kind of thing possible. Using just foundation/ just concealer. Not using blush. Contouring/highlighting. No matter what I do, when I do a full face of makeup my face ends up looking soo fat?! I have no idea what to do as I absolutely love Makeup and the look of it but don’t want my face to look chubby anymore. Any tips please ):
