Tarte Creaseless Concealer being sticky?

Hello, I decided this past weekend to go on a shopping spree and I got a little mini Tarte concealer to try it out because I have always heard how high quality it is. I used it today and yesterday and found that both times, it has felt very thick and sticky and difficult to blend, even with a wet sponge. I put on primer (I use Wet'nWild matte primer) yesterday and it still feels kinda hard to blend. When I did blend it out, it looks really great though. Does anyone else have this problem with this concealer?
