Very fit and friendly guy looking for mates to train with. Most of my mates aren’t into training anymore and I’m still keen to. I’m more into calisthenics than weighted training but do both. I usually train in Battersea park but have joined latchmere gym to. I’d normally do 6 mins on a rower, a leg circuit 3 times and a pull-up, dip and press-up circuit. To give you an idea of how I train. Happy to train with other levels of fitness. Drop me a message see if we get on.
