Here's a little context, I've been a gym goer since I was in school and never really stopped. I always used to go to a public gym and get inspired/motivated, but now I'm exclusively working out at home, I got a decent set up. The people around me, that are supposed to be working out with me and eating healthy foods, continue to make excuses and always take the easiest option out, I want someone to convince me to get an extra work out in, not skip one... lol.
To give you an idea of my progress right now, I'm at around 12-14% body fat and always tend to hang around there, I have gone into the 8-10% but never for long, this time I want to keep it consistent! I'm just looking at comparison pictures, no fancy tools.
My idea is to text through the day and talk about our diet, what we are going to do for workout that day, any cool new workouts we tried and liked, any new stretches that are feeling fine, any cool new gear that's helping, how to get better sleep, supplements that are working, ect, ect, ect.
Even if your early in your journey, I feel like you would have more drive, and I will help out in any way I can! I think just having another person who is just as interested as I am will make it way more fun and easier to maintain in the long run, consistency is actually so important. It's way easier to skip a workout or have a cheat meal when no one knows about it. lol. This could even be a group chat thing, I don't know, but hit me up if your interested and we'll go from there! Looking forward to meeting my new (virtual) gym/health buddy. lol
