Just before covid I moved across the country with no friends or family here. A fresh start. Then we were ordered not go outside and socialize with people. I understand why but it has been so hard to make friends online :( You can call me old for wanting to go to parties and meetups to socialize but I think it is more fun.

Alas, I have heard good things about this subreddit so I thought I would give it a try. I am in a brand new city with no friends. I am looking for people 20 to talk to about anything. I am really into, music, books, economics, finance and tech stuff. I also love movies/tv shows, but who doesn't?

I hope I can finally make some new friends :(
