You don't necessarily have to be on video, but it's mandatory to at least be on voice chat. It's important for me to be able to show you the cards though so you'll need to be able to see me. I specialize in general reads but I do more specific types as well. I will only read someone once for free, if for whatever reason you want another I'll have to ask for a cost. I've been reading tarot since 2004 and I'm pretty good at it. I just got a new deck and I'd like to practice a little more. Plus it'd be a nice distraction. For transparency, I'm 30 m Canadian but I don't know what difference that makes to a reading. I'm comfortable reading for anyone, including other tarot readers.
