Hiya 👋🏻.
I'm a 55-year-old gay married man. I'm from the US but I now live in Western Europe. I'm a lifelong web programmer. I've also dabbled with writing for much of my life. (Most of my writing is science fiction for young adult readers.) And I'm currently experimenting with making a full-cast dramatic podcast. I love using technology to help me explore being creative. I have a Quest 3 and enjoy casual or turn-based games. I'm a bit of a workaholic both with my career and my creative projects.
I would love finding a friend that loves to be creative too and we can either work together on shared projects or encourage each other with our projects. I also love teaching people about technology, if that's something you want to learn. Anyone is welcome. Just be seriously excited about and committed to being creative.
Even though my husband (43) and I are poly, I'm not looking for anything romantic. (I know some people are here.) I'm demisexual/demiromantic, so my brain and feelings confuse and confound my all of the time. We have a boyfriend (23) and 99.9% of my relationship with him is platonic. I love them with all my heart, but they aren't really interested in programming or science fiction. 😭
I'm really introverted and sometimes overthink and take a little time to reply to people. I value transparency, compassion, and consideration in friendships.
DM me and tell me what projects you're working on.
