Hello!
I'm looking for a casual friend (all my friends have moved away/gotten married/had kids/developed political opinions I can't support), primarily for texting, but it would be cool to have a library buddy or someone to go to the movies with.
I'm 29, currently in the middle of trying to switch careers, and have two cats. I live in a studio with my sibling, so I'm unlikely to have you over to my place very often for the sake of their privacy. I love to read (especially silly fanfictions and trash romance novels 😠I'm not in it for literary value), crochet, and cross stitch, and I'm just getting into needlepoint now. I'm a tremendous sci-fi and fantasy nerd. My cats are spoiled little babies, and if we go somewhere cat friendly, you might get to meet my more adventurous boy.
My favorite things to do with friends are hang out somewhere quiet doing our own thing, go grocery shopping together, watch a movie or a show together (in person or via apps!). I like to do small, day to day things together, because at this point in my life, I don't have the time or energy for huge planned excursions.
I'm looking for someone who's around my age, of any gender, who has at least a few interests in common with me and who likes to talk. I'm a bisexual woman and my sibling is transgender, and I'm not interested in talking to people who aren't okay with that.
I am in a serious relationship, and have absolutely zero desire to cheat. If you flirt with me or propose sex, I'm going to block you immediately.
Tl;dr: if you're too lazy to read my whole post, you'll lose your mind trying to talk to me when I'm excited.
