Hey everyone! I had posted here before, and I met some great people in comments under posts in this sub, so I'm quite optimistic about trying again.

I'm a 40m from London, and I recently rediscovered Reddit as a platform for social interaction. I just love the fact that there are so many diverse subs here, and equally diverse people posting there.

I love all kinds of interaction, from chats and voice calls to in-person meetings and shared activities. So I'm looking for equally driven and engaged people who can actually sustain their interest and don't fizzle out after one or two days of chatting. So if you've been on Reddit for a while and have a posting history to show for it it's already a good sign!

A few things about me just to get the ball rolling. - I'm a software engineer, although for me it's more of a tool for something I'm really passionate about, which is creating services that unite people and make this world a better place. It would be amazing to find potential collaborators 🤓. - I love everything related to nature and wildlife. An active donor to various wildlife conservation orgs, show me a post about struggling animals losing natural habitat and I'm likely to go all "shut up and take my money" 🥺. - Cinema has been my passion for a while, I even write film reviews on IMDb as a hobby, although recently I haven't been watching as much as I used to. Which films of the last few years have impressed you the most? - I got recently diagnosed with AuDHD - although I suspected that for years. Being different and not always in sync with people is tough when you have a bubbly and extraverted personality, but I click extremely well with fellow extraverted ADHDers or people who consider themselves an ally. Endless chats on an infinite selection of topics, silly jokes, gentle trolling of each other - you can expect all that and then some 🤪.

I'm single and have no kids, but open to all options age, gender, relationship status etc wise, as long as you're 18 , emotionally mature and have some free time and a willingness to invest it into a friendship. Location is also secondary, although a big timezone difference would be somewhat problematic - although not a dealbreaker with the right kind of person. Extra points if you can speak Spanish or are learning it - it would be amazing to practise together =).
