Hi everyone 👋, I've been recovering from some severe depression that caused me to isolate myself for 7 years. I can only see my best friend ever so often and he's not the texting kind.
Anyway, I recently wanted to meet new people. Dating and friendship wise, and after using Dating apps, I'm feeling like utter shit to say the least. I knew I wouldn't have much success on there but the situation was so much worse. I'm rational about this and know my worth, I know as well that I don't have problems meeting people IRL. But there's still that bitterness hanging at the back of my mind.
I'd appreciate idle chatters or talk about your problems/loneliness. I can listen and offer support if you want to trauma dump. Just anything to vent or talk my frustrations away, be it helping you or me. 😊 I'd love it if you're good at conversations or participate actively. I can speak in both French and English. If you have ANYTHING you're passionate about and want to share, I'd be glad to hear about it, and if you're feeling like giving advice and life anecdotes I'll accept them as well! ✨
