I have been feeling my physical health head downhill lately and decided to go get checked out. Dr told me that if I didn't come in and didn't start on a path of changes, I was heading toward un-aliving myself in a matter of years. It wasn't 100% unexpected and out of the blue, but still a shake up. Not happy in life, but not ready to leave it either. Send the memes. I need laughs, not tears tonight.
