Holy batman that was the worst literally thought I was going to die, I guess the stress has been piling up along with a sudden feeling of loneliness and it all spiraled to complete shit. Looking for someone who can chat via voice what do you do when that happens? where is your happy/safe place? Not looking for any root causes or trauma dumping, I really just want to learn and take steps to feel better cause damn it was horrible. Preferable discord VC, and age wise please be around the same age cause I think that with a generation gap the stressors are different.
