I'm watching this anime. Shangri La frontier and I mean. it's nothing special, I'll just say that here, to me. I just like that these guys are online gamers. And one of this guys friends is this girl and shes trying so hard to play with him online and It just made me remember back in the day when I had friends I could kick it with in the real world and then a new update would come out or we had a raid planned and we would rush home and fuck shit up. Or I'd invite them over to check out my character.

Or meet up for pizza.

I was really against finding people with similar hobbies. It's values town over here. What are those? Do you have them? But I can't get out of my head the memories, not even ancient ones either, it's fairly recent. 2019?... give or take. I'd have people over for movies. Gaming nights. All sorts of shit.

But not like. Just any old fucking person. The weird fucking guy who gets skeevy around girls isn't getting an invite. The person that doesn't shower isn't getting an invite. The one that seemingly always has drama. Character. You know.

Despite all the fucking failure. I'm still so fucking sure there's someone out here that lives in central florida and isn't gonna bore me to fucking tears. OR close by. If you're in Maine. you're not close by. If you're in north carolina, you're not close by. Close by is a few minute drive away. An hour. 2? IF you're in an entirely different continent, country, or state? You're far. Maybe georgia and alabama could get a pass. MAYBE.

I promise. I swear. I have enough internet buddies. And If I want to? I can find some. What I can't find. In my neighborhood. Volunteering. At work. What I can't find is people I'd actually want to kick it with. I have enough casual people in my life. I can call up someone right now and set up a dinner gathering for almsot any time this week.

But I don't want that. I am saying what I want. And yet. There are a surprising number of you that will ignore that. Wild. Way to start off with a lack of respect.
