20F I want to hear a calming voice to hope keep the night terrors away (spontaneous voice chat)
please read all before dming
Good morning fellow insomniacs. I’m currently in bed a bit scared to sleep because I have chronic nightmares. I’d like to fall asleep after having a sweet voice chat so I can hopefully go to bed with good vibes
So a little about me: I’m a sweet college aged girl. 4 words I’d use to describe myself are childlike, creative, kind, observer . I like to make people laugh as well as feel seen and heard. I like to explore and try to find all the little details some others might have missed. I’ve found so many beautiful things by just opening my eyes. Despite my current beautiful waking life, I see a lot of scary things when I drift off to sleep and have had a rocky past.
I spend my days doing different art projects such as coloring, (diamond) painting, making bracelets, exploring my fashion and more. If I’m not doing that, you could find me doing yoga, singing, reading, writing, watching movies, or playing games on my switch. In my most comfortable, stressful, or sleepy state I (involuntarily) tend to age regress and go into a very childlike headspace. I didn’t always know a name for it, but through therapy I’ve learned it’s a natural truama response for some of those who have been through a lot during childhood
So no it’s not for everyone but I figured I’d put a little disclaimer if that’s not your cup of tea then that’s ok! But I may be a bit in that headspace if we call.
I’d love to hop on a voice chat right away. We can talk about assumptions about each other, play would you rather, imagine our best day ever/ perfect world , share art, talk about the future (or past) or see how many random things we have in common. Excited to chat! Talk soon
